FX Series Breaker

1. Hydraulic hoses mounted on movable joints: in order to avoid breaking them.
2. Adjusting the working pressure: for the FX series (Fx950-Fx2800) it is possible to adjust the working pressure with a manual adjustment valve positioned in front of the breaker distributor.
3. Dustproof installation and for underwater work: by installing a hose with suitable compressed air in front of the circuit breaker with a pressure of not less than 10 bar, you can prevent dust and water from entering the breaker.
4. Automatic hydraulic lubrication device: (optional, mounted on the breaker): the beka-lube automatic lubrication system optimizes the lubrication procedure and reduces maintenance and downtime.
5. Automatic hydraulic greaser with electrical control: (optional, mounted on the excavator) Innovative electrical system with automatic greasing, less subject to breakage by vibrations thanks to its grease tank with a capacity of 4 kg or 8 kg, making the system cheaper than all other devices with cartridges.
6. Manual stroke adjustment: for the FX series (FX 950-FX2800): stroke adjustment is done manually by the regulating valve located on the side of the breaker.
7. Hydraulic system for empty shots: inside the breaker there is a regenerative circuit that prevents empty shots when the tool is not in contact with the rock.
8. Piston built with a special geometry: in order to maintain constant impact energy as well as reduce breakage in critical conditions
9. Anti-dust system for tunnels (optional): the anti-dust system provides for the addition of an anti-dust seal mounted on the lower bushing to prevent impurities from entering the circuit.
